Delivery and Returns

All orders are made to order so please allow 1-3 days before your order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is on its way to you. 
Please note dispatch can take a little longer during our busy times but we try our best to have all orders dispatched within the time frame.

All orders are posted First class signed for with Royal Mail. You will receive a dispatch note once posted. Delivery takes usually between 1-2 working days to UK but can take a little longer during busy times.

Unfortunately at the moment we are currently unable to post to Europe.

we Hope you are happy with your order but if for some reason you are unhappy please feel free to get in touch. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number and we will be back in touch. Please note returns are not accepted after 14 days. Any returned items must be returned to us in the same condition as received and unplayed with. Once we have received the returned item we will then issue a refund if eligible. Please note we do not cover the cost of return postage unless the item(s) is faulty or you have received the wrong item. We do not accept exchanges. We do not accept returned items without first contacting us about a return.
